Attorney Jolanta Špakauskaitė has been practicing law since 2005. Attorney consults clients into business agreements and corporate law. Jolanta Špakauskaitė provides legal representation of the client during negotiations, in judicial and prejudicial disputes and arbitrages also.
Having unique knowledge and insights in the field of sports law Jolanta provides consultations and representation for various command sport sportsmen, trainers, professional sport clubs regarding contracts (sport contracts, transfer of players, etc.) and their implementation. Attorney has a great representation experience of sports disputes in international specialized sports arbitration (CAS, BAT, FAT, etc.), Lithuanian courts and others institution of litigation. Jolanta Špakauskaitė has participated successfully and actively considering the project of Labour Codex regarding the intention to admit professional sport as work relationship.
